1. Return & Refund Window

Customers can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept any refund or exchange requests.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The item must be in its original condition and packaging
✅ Tags and labels must be intact
✅ You must provide a valid order number or receipt
✅ You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery

📸 In case of damaged or wrong items, customers are required to share clear photos of the product as proof before the return is approved.


3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

❌ Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
❌ Returns requested after 7 days

6. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange the item (subject to stock availability):

  3. Customers will bear the cost of returning the original item.
  4. We will ship the exchanged item free of charge (on the first exchange only).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
