Naseer Enterprises reserves the right to decline service to users who violate these criteria or misuse the platform.

3. Use of the Website

You agree not to use our website for:

  2. Violating applicable local, national, or international laws
  3. Interfering with or disrupting the site's security
  4. Uploading viruses, spam, or malicious content

4. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that product details, including descriptions, sizes, and prices, are accurate. However:

  1. Minor color differences may appear due to lighting or screen resolution
  2. Size measurements are approximate and may vary by design
  3. Availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer alternatives or cancel the order without penalty.

5. Order Process

To place an order, you must:

  1. Choose a product

  2. Add it to the cart or send details via WhatsApp

  3. Provide accurate shipping details

  4. Confirm your order via our confirmation process

Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be modified. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses and being available to receive the package.

6. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

7. Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. This means:

  1. You pay for the item at the time of delivery
  2. Ensure the payment amount is ready upon arrival
  3. Failure to pay may result in a return and restriction of future orders

We do not request or store your bank details or personal financial information.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping across Pakistan is handled via third-party courier services like TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, etc. Delivery timelines:

Other Urban Areas 3–4 working days
Remote/Rural Areas 4–5 working days

Shipping Fee:

  • PKR 250 flat rate for all orders

We do not deliver outside Pakistan.

9. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  2. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
  3. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately with your Order ID

Repeated order cancellations or non-acceptance of parcels may lead to account suspension.

10. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund and return policy for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect item received
  2. Size mismatch (if proven by photo)
  3. Defective or damaged item upon delivery

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa within 7 business days of return verification.

Terms:

  1. Returns accepted only if product is unworn, unwashed, and tags intact
  2. Customer bears the cost of return shipping
  3. Cash refunds are not provided on COD. Refunds are digital only.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect limited data (name, phone number, address) for order processing only.

We do not:

  1. Sell your information
  2. Share your data with third parties except courier services
  3. Send promotional messages without consent

We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

Internet outages

Pandemic-related shutdowns

Political unrest or strikes

In such cases, we will inform you and resume service as soon as possible.

18. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access if:

  2. You fail to receive multiple orders

You will be notified via email or SMS before termination.
